Who can take part in this round?
Only wallets that have been approved in advance for the Early Adopters allocation. If your wallet is not on the list, the commitment form will not open. Connecting a different wallet will not grant access.
What is the Early Adopters allocation?
80 million $CHIMP — 2% of the 4 billion total supply — reserved for this round.
When does the round close?
There is no fixed end date. The round stays open until we announce that it is closing, and that announcement comes before the form shuts, not after. Until then approved wallets can commit at any time.
What is the discount versus the public sale?
This round is 20% below the public sale, at a fully diluted value of $8,000,000. The public sale is full price.
When do tokens unlock?
50% at the token generation event. The rest vests linearly over 3 months with no cliff. Nothing is transferable before TGE.
How do I prove the wallet is mine?
You sign a short message with your wallet. It is free, it does not trigger a transaction, and it costs no gas. The signature proves you control the address, which is what your eligibility is checked against.
What can I pay with?
USDC or SOL on Solana. The minimum is denominated in US dollars, so if you pay in SOL the amount is calculated from a live price at the moment you commit and locked for a short window while you sign.
Where do the funds go?
Directly to the ChimpX treasury. If your wallet shows a different recipient than the one quoted at commit, reject the transaction. There is no escrow contract in this round — a commitment is final the moment it settles.
Can I commit more than once?
No. Each approved wallet can commit once. After the payment settles the form closes, and that allocation stays locked to the wallet until TGE.
Can I get a refund or change my mind?
No. Commitments are final and there is no refund path. Only commit an amount you are prepared to leave committed until the token generation event.
What do I get at the time of commitment?
A receipt recording your address, the amount, the asset and the on-chain transaction. It is your evidence of the allocation and you keep it until the token generation event.
Is the allocation guaranteed?
Your commitment is recorded and confirmed once the transaction settles. Final token quantities depend on the raise and are published before the round closes.
What if my browser closes mid-transaction?
Your payment is still attributable on-chain. The commitment is reconciled against the treasury independently of your browser session, so a dropped connection does not lose your contribution. Contact support if it does not appear.
How do I avoid a phishing site?
Only ever use the official domain, and never enter a seed phrase — no part of this process asks for one. ChimpX will never DM you a different link to commit through.
